Convenient Stay in the City
easy dining quiet room smooth departure
I stayed for a quick overnight trip near the city center. The location was near many restaurants, offering easy dining options. The room was quiet despite being close to busy streets.. I had no issues sleeping well. The staff arranged a taxi to the airport for me, which arrived promptly and made my departure smooth.
The room lacked a mini fridge for storing drinks or snacks. I found this inconvenient, especially wanting a cold drink. I hope they consider adding this amenity .

excellent location friendly staff smart tv small room thin walls luggage storage
the location was excellent near the train station. the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. my room included a smart tv. it was very convenient.
my room felt quite small with minimal sunlight. the walls seemed thin and noise was audible. i missed having coffee in the room. the hotel charged extra for luggage storage, a surprise to me.

Excellent Location and Cleanliness
great access nearby museum efficient air conditioning
The location provided great access to Atocha station. The Prado Museum was also nearby. Daily cleaning kept the room very fresh, air conditioning worked efficiently.

great location helpful staff clean room small room noise from other rooms missing mini-fridge
the location suited my plans very well. i found it easy to walk to many attractions. the room was clean each day. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room i had was quite small. i could hear noise from other rooms. the lack of a mini-fridge was a slight inconvenience.
